  • National origin

  • Disability

  • Familial status (presence of children under 18 or pregnancy)

Additionally, some state and local laws may extend protections to other classes, such as age, source of income, or veteran status.

Reasonable Accommodations & Modifications

Persons with disabilities have the right to request reasonable accommodations in rules, policies, or practices when necessary to afford them equal housing opportunities. Modifications to housing structures may also be requested at the tenant’s expense.

Advertising and Marketing Compliance

All rental and sales advertisements must be inclusive and free of discriminatory language or implications. We strictly adhere to HUD advertising guidelines to ensure fair representation in housing opportunities.

Reporting Discrimination

If you believe you have been subjected to housing discrimination, you may:

  • File a complaint with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) at www.hud.gov.

  • Contact state or local fair housing enforcement agencies for assistance.

  • Seek legal counsel for further guidance on fair housing rights.

We are dedicated to maintaining fair and equal housing opportunities for all applicants, tenants, and buyers. Discrimination or bias of any kind will not be tolerated in our housing policies or practices.
